Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Vostok Luxury Transport (“Company”). By booking or using our limousine services, you (“Customer”) agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Reservations:

1.1 Reservations can be made online, via phone, or through an authorized agent. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including pickup/drop-off details, passenger count, and special requests.

1.2 Booking confirmation is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion.

2. Payment and Pricing:

2.1 Payment for services is required in advance, either by credit card, cash, or other agreed-upon methods.

2.2 All prices quoted are in the local currency and may be subject to applicable taxes, gratuity, and additional charges for extended services or changes in itinerary.

2.3 Gratuity may be included in the total price. If not, it is at the discretion of the customer to provide a tip to the driver.

3. Cancellation and Changes:

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing or through our online reservation system 72 – 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking amount. If cancelations occurs less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup time it will result in cancelation fee of 100% of total booking amount. If cancelations occurs more than 72 hours before scheduled pick up time will result in $35 dollar cancelation fee.

3.2 Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.3 All reservations of more than $900.00 will be charged $150 non-refundable deposit

4. Vehicle Substitution:

4.1 We reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an equivalent or larger vehicle in case of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Conduct and Behavior:

5.1 The customer and passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner during the ride.

5.2 Smoking, drug use, and alcohol consumption is PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES inside the for hire vehicles.

6. Damage and Cleanup:

6.1 The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party during the rental period.

6.2 A cleaning fee of $250.00 may be charged for excessive mess, spills or bodily fluids.

6.3 No pets are allowed at any time inside the for hire vehicles.

7. Safety and Seatbelts:

7.1 All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion, as required by law.

7.2 Child safety seats must be provided by the customer for passengers under the age and weight limits specified by local regulations.

8. Liability:

8.1 The Company is not liable for delays, accidents, or missed connections due to circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

9. Termination of Service:

9.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate service without refund if the customer or passengers engage in unlawful or unsafe behavior.

10. Privacy Policy:

10.1 Customer information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

11. Force Majeure:

11.1 The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to acts of nature, strikes, or other events beyond its control.

12. Governing Law:

12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

13. Amendments:

13.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.

14. Unlawful Behavior of Passengers:

14.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if any passenger engages in unlawful behavior during the ride. Unlawful behavior includes but is not limited to:

a) Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances. b) Disorderly conduct, including excessive noise, harassment of the driver, or threats to other passengers. c) Vandalism or intentional damage to the vehicle. d) Failure to comply with local, state, or federal laws, including open container laws, while inside the vehicle. e) Any other actions deemed illegal or unsafe by the driver or Company representatives.

14.2 In cases of unlawful behavior, the Company will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and provide any necessary information, including passenger details, to aid in the investigation of the incident.

By booking our limousine services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of service without refund. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to booking.
